The SFCU Debit MasterCard is convenient, safe and easy to use. The card can be usedworldwide anywhere the MasterCard® is accepted affording you the convenience and purchasing power of a credit card.

Debit MasterCard 
The Debit MasterCard is safer than carrying cash and more convenient than writing checks. Use it everywhere MasterCard is accepted and avoid the hassles of writing a check. Purchases are automatically deducted from your SFCU share draft (checking) account without having to take the time to write a check or wait for an approval. Best of all, you pay no finance charges; you have total control of your finances. You'll also get receipts for all your transactions and a detailed monthly account statement.

ATM Card
It's also an ATM card! Access funds at thousands of NYCE® & CIRRUS® ATMs & Point of Sale terminals worldwide. Look for the SUM logo at over 1000 ATM locations for surcharge free ATM transactions.

Overdraft Line of Credit
Add the SFCU Overdraft Line of Credit to you share draft account to avoid checks and ATM/Debit transactions from being returned for insufficient funds. Your Overdraft Line of Credit will advance funds to your share draft account in $100.00 increments to pay drafts. You pay interest only on the outstanding balance and you can pay off the entire balance owed at any time.  While there is an outstanding balance on your Overdraft Line of Credit, you're monthly payment is only $25.00 and the maximum line is set at $500.00.

Some ATM's impose a surcharge.
SUM don't.

When you use another financial institution's ATM, they may charge you an access fee. It's called a "surcharge." And those surcharges can really add up.

Now because we've joined SUM, all you have to do is look for ATMs that have the "SUM" symbol, and you won't pay a surcharge.
